How do I book?
Send a request with the length you want and times that suit you. We reply within 1 business day with options and a secure payment link, and the call is confirmed once it is paid. Companies can ask for an invoice instead.
What if we run over?
We stop on time unless you ask to keep going, then bill the extra in 15-minute increments at the same hourly rate.
Can I get a refund?
Reschedule free up to 24 hours before. If the call wasn't useful, tell us within 48 hours and we'll refund it. No form to fill in.
Is this the same as an expert network call?
Same kind of expertise, booked directly. You choose the topic and keep the notes.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. Send it with your booking and we'll sign before the call.
Does the fee count toward a project?
Yes. If you start an audit, project or plan within 30 days, the call fee is credited.
