Privacy policy
Short version: we collect only what you send us, use it only to reply and do the work, and never sell it.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you request a snapshot, book a call or email us: your name, work email, business name, website, industry, number of locations, city and any message.
- Basic site analytics. Page views and referrers through Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.
- Booking and payment details. Handled by our scheduling and payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
- To prepare the snapshot or call you asked for and reply to you.
- To deliver services under a signed agreement.
- To understand which pages are useful, in aggregate.
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask.
Where it's stored
Form submissions are stored in a secured database (Supabase) that only we can read. Our website is hosted on Vercel. Client work is stored in accounts owned by the client wherever possible.
How long we keep it
Snapshot requests that don't become clients are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for the length of the engagement plus any period required for tax and legal purposes.
Your choices
Use our contact form to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We'll respond within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
