What happens to unused hours?
Unused retainer hours roll over one month. We never bill overage without your written approval first.
How fast do you reply?
Within the response time for your retainer, during US business days. Urgent production issues on things we built are acknowledged the same day.
Can we switch retainers?
Yes. Move up any time; move down or stop with 30 days' notice, after the initial 90 days on plans that have one.
Is a retainer better than booking calls?
If you expect more than two or three calls a month, or want documents reviewed between calls, a retainer is cheaper and faster. For a single question, book a call.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, before any confidential material is shared.
