How we build

Scoped in writing, built in sprints, handed over in your name.

The way we deliver AI, web and CRM projects: a fixed scope before code, a demo every two weeks, a written quality bar, and a 30-day launch warranty. It's the delivery model behind 50+ enterprise implementations.

The delivery process

  1. Discover

    Week 1

Workshops with the people who will use it, a review of your systems and data, and a written scope with a fixed price, timeline and what is not included.

  2. Architect

    Week 1 to 2

Page types, data flows, integrations and URL plan documented before any code. You sign off on the plan, not on a guess.

  3. Build in sprints

    Weeks 2 onward

Two-week sprints with a demo at the end of each. You see working software early and change direction cheaply.

  4. Test

    Before launch

Accessibility, mobile speed, security headers, structured data, redirects, forms and AI answer quality checked against a written checklist.

  5. Launch and hand over

    Launch week

Go-live, training, documentation and every account confirmed in your name. Rankings and errors watched closely for 30 days.

Four ways to engage us for a build

Fixed-scope project

from $7,500

A defined build with a fixed price: website, migration, CRM setup or AI pilot. Best when you know what you need.

Implementation sprint

$7,500 per 2-week sprint

About 30 hours of senior-led build work on a prioritized backlog over two weeks, with a demo at the end. Best for ongoing or evolving work.

Custom engagement

scoped together

For work that doesn't fit a package: a paid discovery (from $2,500, credited) produces a written plan, then fixed-price phases, sprints or capped hourly work. Best when requirements are still forming.

Build retainer

from $15,000 / month

Up to 60 hours a month of senior-led build work and a weekly working session. Best when there is always something to ship.

Not ready to build? Start with a one-off expert call or a $950 website health check.

Build questions

Who writes the code?

A senior architect leads every project and stays on it. Development is done by a small build team we have worked with for years, managed directly by us. You always know who is doing what.

What is the 30-day launch warranty?

If something we built stops working within 30 days of launch because of our work, we fix it at no charge. It covers defects, not new features or changes caused by third-party updates.

Do we own the code?

Yes. Code, designs, content, prompts and every account are yours from day one, in repositories and accounts in your name.

Can you work with our existing developers or agency?

Yes. We often lead architecture and integrations while an existing team handles design or content, or we review their work as part of a retainer.

What if the scope changes?

Anything outside the written scope gets a written estimate before work starts. Sprints absorb changes naturally by reprioritizing the next sprint's backlog.

How fast can you start?

Usually within two weeks of a signed scope. We cap how many builds run at once, so if we're full we tell you the next start date before you sign.
