The plain-language terms for using this site and booking expert calls. Monthly plans and projects are governed by a signed agreement, which takes priority over this page.
Expert calls
- Calls are paid when booked at the prices on our pricing page.
- Reschedule free up to 24 hours before the call. Later changes or no-shows are not refunded.
- If a call wasn't useful, tell us within 48 hours and we'll refund it in full.
- Calls end on time unless you ask to continue; extra time is billed in 15-minute increments at the same rate.
- Call fees are credited toward an audit, project or plan started within 30 days.
Advice, not guarantees
We give our honest professional opinion based on the information available. Search engines and AI assistants change constantly and are outside our control, so we don't guarantee rankings, AI mentions, traffic or revenue. Nothing we provide is legal, tax, accounting or investment advice.
Confidentiality
We keep what you share with us confidential and will sign a reasonable NDA on request. We won't discuss confidential information about any current or former employer or client, ours or yours.
Ownership
Notes, recommendations and deliverables we create for you are yours once paid for. We may describe our work in anonymized form unless you ask us not to.
Free snapshots
Snapshots are provided free, as is, from public information, with no obligation on either side.
