Software selection and implementation
Pick the right software, then make it actually work.
We help you choose business software without a sales pitch, then implement it: configuration, integrations, data migration, training and the rollout plan that gets people to use it. CRM, collaboration and video, e-signature and identity, knowledge and search, and the systems that connect them.
Why it matters now
Most software projects don't fail because the product is bad. They fail because the wrong product was picked for how the team works, the data came over messy, the integrations were an afterthought, and nobody planned for adoption.
We've been on every side of these projects: a decade in enterprise pre-sales showing what software can do, and years running platform implementations for financial services and insurance clients. We know what vendors leave out of the demo, where migrations go wrong, and what makes people actually log in on day 30.
We're vendor neutral. We don't resell the software we recommend and take no referral fees, so the advice is about your fit, not our margin.

Common questions
Do you resell software?
No. You buy licenses directly from the vendor in your name. We take no referral fees, so we can recommend the tool that fits, including one you already own.
Can you implement a tool we've already chosen?
Yes. Most of our work starts after the decision. We'll still flag anything in the contract or plan that worries us.
Which platforms do you work with?
CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce), collaboration and video (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Slack), e-signature and identity, work management, knowledge and search platforms, and the integrations between them. If it has an API, we can usually connect it.
What if our project doesn't fit a package?
Most don't. We start with a free scoping call, then a paid discovery from $2,500 (credited to the build) that ends in a written plan and a price.
How do you make sure people use it?
A pilot group first, training by role, simple guides, and an adoption report at 30 days. Adoption is planned from the start, not added at the end.
