Financial services

When members and clients ask AI who to trust with their money, be on the short list.

People now ask ChatGPT and Google which credit union has the best rates nearby, which advisors specialize in their situation, or which insurance agency handles small business policies. In financial services, the answer has to be accurate and compliant. We bring 15 years of work with financial services and insurance companies, from platform delivery to digital identity, to AI visibility, AI adoption and web projects.

Who we work with

Community banks and credit unions

Branch and ATM listings, rates and product pages that answer real questions, and AI answers that get your branches and products right.

Wealth management and RIAs

Advisor profiles, specialties and locations that assistants can read, with every page cleared by your compliance team before it ships.

Insurance agencies and brokers

Multi-office listings, carrier and coverage pages, and quote request flows that work on a phone.

Fintech and software sellers into financial services

Pre-sales support for regulated buyers: demos, proofs of concept, RFPs and security questionnaires.

Questions your buyers are asking assistants

Examples of what we track, by city and by location.

"Best credit union near Lakewood for a car loan"

"Which banks in Denver offer small business lines of credit?"

"Fee-only financial advisor for physicians in Colorado"

"Insurance agency that handles commercial auto near Aurora"

"Which community banks have the best mobile app?"

"Who are the leading vendors for digital account opening?"

Why good firms get left out

Branch data drifts

Branch openings, closures, mergers and changing drive-through hours leave old facts on maps and directories, which assistants repeat.

Product pages that say little

Rates, eligibility, fees and who a product is for are what people ask about. Pages that only say "competitive rates" give assistants nothing to quote.

Compliance slows publishing

Every change needs review, so sites go stale. A clear page structure and an approval workflow make updates routine instead of rare.

Advisor and agent profiles scattered

Bios on the corporate site, a broker-dealer page and old directory listings disagree about who works where.

What we do

  • Track member, client and buyer questions across four AI assistants and Google, by market
  • Clean up branch, office and advisor listings, including after mergers
  • Add FinancialService, BankOrCreditUnion and LocalBusiness structured data per location
  • Rewrite product, location and advisor pages with your compliance team in the loop
  • Advise on AI adoption with vendor due diligence, data handling and audit trails built in
  • Support pre-sales for fintechs: demos, POCs, RFPs and security questionnaires

Most clients start with the $2,500 audit, which is free if it doesn't find at least 10 fixes worth doing, then move to the Ship plan at $5,500 a month. Full pricing.

Where AI helps first

Member and client service

Drafting answers to common questions from approved content, with a person reviewing before anything is sent.

Internal knowledge search

Finding policies, procedures and product rules quickly for branch and service staff.

Document intake

Extracting data from applications and forms into your systems, with human checks on exceptions.

Marketing and compliance review

First drafts of content and checklists that speed up, but never replace, compliance review.

RFP and questionnaire responses

For vendors: drafting answers from a reviewed library of past responses.

AI implementation: vendor neutral, starting with a $450 working session.

What we account for

Customer data

AI tools that touch customer information need contracts covering data use, retention and training, consistent with GLBA privacy and safeguards obligations. We favor tools with business-grade controls and will flag when one isn't appropriate.

Advertising rules

Marketing content may fall under FINRA communications rules or the SEC Marketing Rule, depending on your firm. We write and structure pages so your compliance team can review them efficiently; we don't provide legal or compliance advice.

Model and vendor risk

AI vendors belong in your third-party risk program. We help document use cases, testing and monitoring so examiners and auditors can follow them.

Identity and signatures

Account opening and agreements need identity verification and e-signature evidence that holds up. We advise on vendor fit for regulated workflows.

General guidance, not legal, compliance or medical advice. We work alongside your compliance and clinical reviewers.

Where to start

Most financial services clients start with a 60-minute working session ($450) or the $2,500 AI Visibility Audit. Fintechs often start with Expert on call for pre-sales support.

Common questions

Do you work with our compliance team?

Yes. We plan content and changes so compliance can review them in batches, and we never publish financial marketing without your approval.

Can AI be used safely in a regulated institution?

Yes, for the right tasks, with the right vendor terms, human review and documentation. We start with low-risk internal uses and build from there.

Do you implement core banking or policy administration systems?

No. We advise on vendor selection and on how those decisions affect your website, data and AI plans, and can refer you to implementation partners.

Do you help fintech vendors sell to banks and credit unions?

Yes. We have spent more than 15 years in enterprise pre-sales and support demos, proofs of concept, RFPs and security questionnaires.
