Healthcare

Patients and families ask AI where to go. Make sure every location answers correctly.

Patients ask assistants which dentist is accepting new patients, which urgent care has short waits, which memory care community has openings. Families ask on behalf of parents. Those answers come from listings, reviews and location pages, and in healthcare the cost of a wrong answer is higher. We help provider groups get found, adopt AI carefully, and run websites patients can actually use.

Who we work with

Dental, orthodontic and specialty practices

Multi-location groups, including practices joining a group or rebranding after an acquisition.

Medical clinics and urgent care

Location pages, hours, services and insurance information that stay correct across every listing.

Veterinary groups

Emergency and specialty hospitals where hours and services decide where a pet owner goes.

Behavioral health and physical therapy

Clear, careful service pages and provider profiles that help people take the first step.

Senior living and home care

Community and service-area pages for the families who research on a parent's behalf.

Questions your buyers are asking assistants

Examples of what we track, by city and by location.

"Dentist accepting new patients near Aurora"

"Best emergency vet open late in Denver"

"Physical therapist for running injuries in Boulder"

"Assisted living with memory care in Lakewood"

"Urgent care with short wait times in Littleton"

"Therapist who takes my insurance near Denver"

Why good firms get left out

Acquired practices under old names

Roll-ups leave behind old names, phone numbers and duplicate profiles that confuse assistants and patients.

Hours and services out of sync

Holiday hours, new services and provider changes updated in one place but not everywhere.

Provider directories that go stale

Providers join and leave; their profiles, specialties and accepted insurance need to change everywhere at once.

Location pages that are copies

Every location needs its own real details, not the same paragraph with a different city.

What we do

  • Track patient and family questions by location across four AI assistants and Google
  • Clean up listings for every location and provider, including acquired practices
  • Add MedicalClinic, Dentist, Physician or LocalBusiness structured data per location
  • Write location and provider pages with services, insurance notes, hours and accessibility details
  • Advise on AI uses that don't expose patient information, and on vendor agreements when they do
  • Monitor and answer reviews with care, in your voice, with your approval

Most clients start with the $2,500 audit, which is free if it doesn't find at least 10 fixes worth doing, then move to the Ship plan at $5,500 a month. Full pricing.

Where AI helps first

Patient FAQ and scheduling help

Answering common questions about hours, services, insurance and directions from approved content, without handling clinical questions or patient records.

Front-desk knowledge search

Finding policies, procedures and payer rules quickly for front-desk and billing teams.

Review response drafting

First drafts of review replies that avoid confirming anyone is a patient, approved by your team.

Referral and intake processing

Extracting information from referral and intake documents, only with tools covered by a business associate agreement.

Marketing content

Drafts of service and location pages for clinical and compliance review.

AI implementation: vendor neutral, starting with a $450 working session.

What we account for

HIPAA and vendors

Any AI or web tool that creates, receives or stores protected health information needs a business associate agreement. Many AI tools don't offer one, so we design uses that keep patient information out unless the vendor does.

Reviews and privacy

Public replies must never confirm that someone is a patient or discuss their care. We write response templates with that built in.

Tracking on patient pages

Analytics and advertising pixels on pages where patients enter information can create privacy risk. We review what your site loads and where.

Clinical accuracy

We write and structure pages; clinical content is reviewed by your providers before it publishes.

General guidance, not legal, compliance or medical advice. We work alongside your compliance and clinical reviewers.

Where to start

Most provider groups start with the $2,500 AI Visibility Audit, then move to the Ship plan, which includes listings and reviews for up to 10 locations. For AI questions, book a 60-minute working session.

Request a full snapshot

We'll ask five buyer questions for your main market, show who gets named, and flag up to three listings or website problems. One page, by email, within 3 business days.

We use this only to prepare your snapshot and reply. No mailing list unless you ask. Privacy.

Common questions

Do you handle patient information?

No. Our AI visibility and web work uses only public business information. When an AI project would involve patient data, we make sure the vendor signs a business associate agreement first, or we redesign the use so it doesn't need patient data.

Can you respond to reviews for us?

Yes, with templates you approve and privacy built in. We never confirm someone was a patient in a public reply.

Do you work with health plans or large health systems?

Our focus is provider groups, clinics, veterinary groups and senior care organizations.

What does it cost for many locations?

Listings start at $99 per location per month, and the Ship plan includes up to 10 locations. See pricing.
